Speaking from personal experience. I gave the front desk a warning about a rat crawling around the free weight area, even asked one of the staff to check out the spotted area. One week later I went to the same area, and there were small flies everywhere. It's not hard to put 2 and 2 together. I'm just naming the things I saw. It was cheap and close to where I live so I felt like it was an ok gym to go to. Now I'm seriously reconsidering

Zero stars. I had to give one, or it wouldn't let me post. Worst venue I've ever been to in my life. We attended for a volleyball tournament. They have six women's bathroom stalls in the entire place for hundreds of people. Nowhere near enough parking. And the only food, drink or even water options are overpriced vending machines or horrible overpriced junk at the concession stand. I hope to never have to attend another event here. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff is pleasant. Otherwise, avoid this place if at all possible

Visited Mill Works for volleyball tournaments and have found it a sup-par venue because there are no water filling stations, the concession water is overpriced, only a single womenโs restroom with 4 stalls, parking is very limited, no food options esp if youโre spending the whole day there. Overall - not a great venue for tournaments with a lot of athletes and spectators.

Huge facility. Here Feb 2026 for a volleyball tournament. Arrived early (7:30) both Sat and Sun for an 8:00 start time. There were parking attendants, which was absolutely necessary. I have two gripes. First, there is no access to a water fountain in the entire building. There are two options. First is concessions (if theyโre open), and itโs $3 for a standard plastic water bottle. I believe itโs Aquafina. Second is vending machines. There are a few places around the building; however, the machines are older and only accept change and $1 bills. Nothing bigger and no card. They do have Change Machines next to a couple vending machines, but theyโre all broken, so instead of being able to use my card or break a $5 and use change, paying $2 for a bottle of water, I had to use concessions and pay $3 for the same bottle. Also, it seems the vending machines arenโt restocked during large events since it seems all the water selections were down to one bottle in each row. This even hosts hundreds and hundreds of kids and adults all weekend. It would be nice to have water fountains installed for the price we pay to rent this facility, or upgraded machines that accept card or tap options. They

Iโve been going to The Mill Works for years. The staff is great. Iโve taken many yoga classes with Kristy who is wonderful. Iโve recently started Strength & Conditioning classes with Tyler and Ron who are both excellent! The equipment is top notch.
